great kids think alike (aka bri got a scanner)

Did you know Adam and I were doing very similar things while we were growing up?
While Adam was oddly sleeping on a laundry basket ...
I was oddly sleeping on the floor of a public establishment.
While Adam was a ghost (make that a boxing ghost) posing in front of a pumpkin ...
I was a princess posing in front of a pumpkin.
(I'm the one in blue.)
While Adam and Brian posed in front of their house ...
Kara and I posed in front of ours.
(Turns out I had squinty-eye syndrome as a child.)
While Adam had a very Smurf-y birthday ...
I had a very Barbie birthday.
Sidenote: Remember how I'm giving stink eye to one of my party-goers?
It was a little rude of me, but too funny!
And while Adam's fashion statement was brightly-colored clothing ...
Mine was giant bows the size of my head.
(Those yelps you hear are our mothers saying ... "That was the style!")

I was so jealous of how tight and smooth your mom used to be able to get your guys' hair. And you are absolutely adorable. I think Adam was a cutie too.

This is a great sequence! Those are some fun pictures of you both as little kiddos. I especially like the one of B and A on the porch. Could you get any cuter little boys? By the way - you are the cutest little girl Bri! Such a pretty little poser. I love the "matchy-matchy" blue and white stripe dress with matching (exactly) blue socks and white shoes. I had the same thing in green stripes if you can believe it. I even folded them over several times too! Way to go white KEDS!

Loving the bright clothes and big bows. Very fashionable of you two.

And I love you asleep on the floor of a public establishment. That just warms my heart to know you haven't changed very much!

Remember how I love that you say remember. I love you! Remember how you and Adam were destined to be together!?

that is some pretty smooth and tight hair, did you have a constant headache throughout childhood?

I am so excited for what fun this new scanner will bring to your blog. Adam's florescent jams are awesome.

I love the oversize bow. I'm sure you've noticed this, but oversize bows seem to be making a comeback on baby girls who sport very large flowers on headbands. It's actually pretty cute but I'm sure they'll look back and gag in 20 years.

Remember how we both say remember how and its probably why we are friends? Seriously love that you fell asleep in a public place cause i most definitely fell asleep on a bench at the mall not too recently. At least you did yours in your childhood days.

Love the pics. Holy cow-the clothes! Why, I ask you, were we forced to wear such frippery?
